I suppose with a name like “Lites Out Brewery” you were expecting a bar. Originally, I thought the name would be fitting for a microbrewery. But that wasn’t meant to be. Sorry if this disappoints you, but this website is dedicated to grilling and smoking my favorite foods.
I do a lot of grilling on my assortment of Weber grills. Usually, three or more time per week. I’m a Weber guy. I’ve tried other grills but as they wore out or I found deeply flawed, I always ended up going back to a Weber. Any of my recipes or techniques are not tied to using Weber so don’t let my attachment to Weber grills scare you from trying any of my recipes to techniques.
